What is the Lineup Guarantee?
We know the artist lineup, for many of you, is the most important element of the cruise. When building a festival-style event with so many artists involved, schedules and timing can get pretty complex. Sometimes artists sign on immediately, and sometimes they just can’t commit right away due to touring schedules, family commitments or other opportunities.
This year, we have some incredible artists already confirmed, and will be adding more as time goes on. However, if the lineup just isn’t meeting your expectations before our first payment deadline of July 15, 2013, you can receive a full refund if you choose to cancel your reservation. (Please note we can refund the insurance premium you have paid for the cruise. However, if you have increased your coverage to include airfare or hotels not booked through Sixthman, that additional coverage cost cannot be refunded.)
This will allow you to book your cabin now and keep your priority booking privileges, while retaining the option of waiting to see who else we add to the lineup before July 15, 2013.
How can I participate in the pre-sale?
Getting involved in the pre-sale is easy! Register at therockboat.com/presale
THE ROCK BOAT XIII ALUMNI are automatically included in the pre-sale and should have received an email on May 9th with pre-booking information, including an Earliest Booking Time.
NEW GUESTS AND ALUMNI WHO DIDN'T SAIL IN 2013 should register now. Alumni who didn't sail in 2013 will be emailed pre-booking information, including an Earliest Booking Time, on or around May 24th. New guests will receive their information on or around June 4th.

Please Note: Registering to be a part of the pre-sale does not guarantee cabins will be left for purchase when it is your time to book. Our hope is to accommodate everyone that wants to join this experience.
How do I make a reservation during the pre-sale?
After you sign up for the pre-sale you will receive your pre-sale information via email. It will include an Earliest Booking Time. At or after your Earliest Booking Time, go to therockboat.com/booknow. Once you sign in your Earliest Booking Time will be verified and you'll be able to begin the booking process. You can also call us at 877-379-9173 to book over the phone.
PLEASE NOTE! Lead Passengers, if your guest needs a Sixthman Username you can create one while booking. If your guest has a Sixthman Username, have them add you as an Approved Lead Passenger in their account. You'll then see your guest in Your Authorized Guests list and you'll be able to add them as a guest in your cabin while booking!
Anyone who has traveled with Sixthman previously or signed up for the The Rock Boat XIV Pre-Sale has a username and will not need to create one. For forgotten login credentials, recover them here; you can also contact us and we will be happy to look them up for you (try our live chat feature or contact us).
