When Can I Book?

Early Booking Times (EBTs) are assigned first to 2024 Rock Boat Boat Alum, based on Alum status, and last year's booking date/time.

Next, Alumni who did not sail in 2024 and who have signed up for the pre-sale will be assigned EBTs in the order of Alumni status, most Sixthman events, most recent year, and most recent booking date/time. 

Then, individuals who have never sailed on The Rock Boat, and signed up for the Pre-Sale will be assigned EBTs, in the order of Pre-Sale registration.

You will receive your EBT and additional booking information via email per the below timeline. 

• 2024 Rock Boat Alumni will be emailed their EBTs on February 5th, and will book February 15th, 16th, and 19th. 
• Rock Boat Alumni who did not sail in 2024, and sign up for the Pre-Sale will be assigned their EBTs on February 19th and will book on February 20th.
• Individuals who have never sailed, and who sign up for the Pre-Sale by 11:59 PM on February 18th will be emailed their EBTs on February 19th and will book on February 21st. 
• Individuals who have never sailed, and who sign up for the Pre-Sale by 11:59 PM on February 21st will be emailed their EBTs on February 22nd and will book on February 23rd before 2 p.m. ET.

We spread out booking times over several days to provide the best possible guest service experience during the booking process.

PUBLIC ON-SALE BEGINS AT 2 p.m. ET ON February 23rd. This is when the general public can begin booking.
