Fat Tuesday comes early to The Rock Boat! No easing into this vacation. We’re kicking off TRB XXVI Mardi Gras style! Come decked out in purple, green, and gold, beads, masks, feathers, or whatever brings the Fat Tuesday flair. From Bourbon Street to TRB, let the good times roll!

This is an all-day theme! Board ready to celebrate! 

Dress up. Take off! We’re channeling the golden age of travel and dressing for the destination! Think cocktail-hour cool, vintage jet-set glamour, tuxes and gowns, mod minis, sharp suits… or your own rock & roll interpretation of dressing up. Go timeless, go over-the-top, or just wear something that makes you feel damn good. This isn’t your traditional formal night. It’s The Rock Boat, after all. 

Sleep was never on the itinerary. We're catching the Red Eye… and this flight isn’t landing anytime soon! Rock a pop of red, your favorite crimson dress, or head-to-toe scarlet. Then hit the decks and keep the music loud and the party going long after bedtime. Tomorrow’s tired eyes? Just proof you made the most of the night.

Pitch Your Theme Night is your chance to dream up the final theme night for TRB XXVI. Whether you’ve got a clever concept, a hilarious idea, or something completely out of left field, we want to hear it!

Break out the PJs, matching sets, robes, onesies, or whatever you’d wear after dark, and come ready to make the most of every last minute. Go matching, ridiculous, sexy, nostalgic, or completely over-the-top. Bedtime can wait. We’ve still got a Rock Boat to rock!

Rock Boat’s charity of choice is Lyrics for Life; a nonprofit organization founded in 2002 by Sister Hazel to help fight childhood cancer. Money raised via the TRB community is donated to groups working to find a cure, as well as those aiming to enrich the lives of patients and their families.

Rock Boaters can contribute when booking their cabin for TRB XXVI or by winning an item during the Silent Auction while sailing.
